Our Story
Maverick was founded in the Fall of 2021 by two young entrepreneurs with a passion for the restaurant industry. As the pandemic began to settle down and many restaurants and bars opened their doors once more, Jack Dee and Will Simone realized there was one thing in the way of the quality service they both love: people.
Since founding, Maverick has been committed to bringing people together back into restaurants and bars, as workers with a passion for quality service, AND as customers to enjoy that service.
